Blast rocks Kabul’s Afshar-Silo region

Moments ago, an explosion occurred near the entrance door of national security directorate’s educational center in Kabul’s Afshar-Silo area.
According to the reports, three persons wounded in the incident. The casualties may increase.
It is said that the explosion targeted NATO convoy.
No group or person have claimed responsibility yet.
