According to health officials in Paktika, 8 people, including two children were killed and 12 others were wounded during the incident.
Mohammad Rafe Rahil, the director of Paktika civilian hospital, some injured people were in a critical condition that were transferred to Kabul.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the incident.
